The City of Setagaya offers information and counseling services in English, Chinese and Korean at City Hall. The services range from giving directions for City Hall to information on upcoming events, listening to opinions and requests, and problems in daily life. Information on administrative matters is also provided. Personal information is kept strictly confidential.

Counseling Days: Monday to Friday - English
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - Chinese
2nd and 4th Friday- Korean

Counseling Hours: 8:30 a.m. to noon, and 1 to 5 p.m.
